The Secretary-General receives credentials of the new Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan
H.E. Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha, Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), received in his office at the General Secretariat headquarters today, Sunday, 15 February 2026, His Excellency Ambassador Mutallim Mirzaev, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who presented his credentials as Permanent Representative of his country to the OIC. During the meeting, His Excellency emphasized the pivotal role played by the Republic of Azerbaijan in supporting the OIC and its Member States.
