Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mutallim Mirzayev met with the Editor-in-Chief of the country’s reputable Al-Jazirah newspaper, Khalid Al-Malik, on 18 January 2026. During the meeting, the important role of the media in strengthening the existing friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia was emphasized, and it was noted that objective and professional journalism contributes to enhancing mutual understanding between peoples.
